In a pan (at medium heat) add oil (6 tablespoons) or 1.5 tbsp, if cooking one patty at the time, then cook your pattie until brown, then bake it for 10 min at 350F or 180C
Mix lime juice with avocado, season the other ingredients, put together your burger and server with Sarsa Criolla.
