"Tallarin Saltado"

Ingredients

  • 300 gr or 1/2 lb of Cooked Pasta or noodles
  • 500 gr of meat cut into strips
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of minced ginger
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 Red Onions cut into wedges Core removed
  • 3 Tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 3 "Aji Amarillo" or 1 Orange Pepper into Julianne
  • 5 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Red Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ají Amarillo Paste
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1/8 cup Beef stock
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • In a hot pan add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, cook your meat 2 min per side, and reserve.
  • In the same pan add garlic, ginger they will cook fast 1 min then add onions, pepper or "Ají Amarillo" and Ají Amarillo paste, Stir fry and let it cook for about 2 min.
  • After that add tomatoes, the cooked meat, pasta/noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, beef stock and let it cook for 1 min then turn off the heat add salt pepper, cilantro, sesame oil, give it a good stir and its good to go!
