Hello lovely readers today I will share with you my recipe of Quinoa Stew , really easy stew that you can prepare with no effort.
Some tools/Ingredients I used , will be at the bottom of the post
Quinoa Stew | Servings : 4
Ingredients :
- Vegetable Oil
- 3.5 Cups of vegetable broth
- 2.5 Cups of Quinoa
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 1 Tomato , diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tablespoon of “Ajà Panca Paste”
- 1.5 Cups of Diced Carrots
- 1 Cup of peas
- 1 Cup of beans , chopped
- 1 Cup of Corn
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Cups of Diced Tofu ( or 1 chicken breast)
Steps :
- In a pot(at medium/high heat) add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil , add onions, garlic , tomato , ajà panca and let it cook for at least 7 min.
- Add quinoa, tablespoon of salt , vegetable broth and let it cook for at least 12 min (Put a lid on)
- After 7 min passed add veggies , give a stir , pinch of pepper and let it cook (Put a lid on)
- Once it is finished add more salt if needed , serve with Saute Tofu, (Or chicken) , in really hot pan add 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil then add tofu and tablespoon of salt , let the tofu get some color (about 1 min per side) then saute and its done!
