Hello dear readers today I am sharing with you an easy salad that is really refreshing and tasty, you will need few ingredients and the best of all is that most of them are fresh!

Some tools/Ingredients I used , will be at the bottom of the post

Quinoa Tabule | Servings: 4

Ingredients :

  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 Cups of cooked quinoa
  • 2 Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Diced cucumber
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 Cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 of chopped mint
  • 2 cups of chopped spinach
  • Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Quinoa is one of my favorite ingredients, it is has some protein and the essential amino acids the body needs. Once you have it cook , let it chill.

 

  • Add all your veggies on a bowl, give a stir , in a separate container add oil, lime juice , 1 tbsp salt and a teaspoon of pepper give it a good mix then integrate with your salad and Its good to go!

That is guys , simple salad that you can prepare at home in a flash, best of all is that this salad can go along with almost any dish , try it at home you will not regret it.
