Dear readers, today I am sharing with you my recipe of Russian Salad , a starter that is very common and loved in Peru, this dish is also prepare in many Latin american countries but today I am making my version of Russian Salad.

Some tools/Ingredientes I used , will be at the bottom of the post

Russian Salad | Servings: 4

Ingredients :

  • 3 Cooked beetroot in cubes
  • 3 Cooked Carrots in cubes
  • 4 CookedPotatoes in cubes
  • 1/4 Cup of home made mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Salt and Pepper

In Peru we all prepare different versions of this dish , some people add peas other add green beans and peas so feel free to add more veggies.

Steps :

  • In a Pot cook your veggies then reserve.

  • In a bowl add all your veggies , mayo, teaspoon of salt, parsley and give it stir gently.

  • add some salt and pepper if needed , and its good to go

That is it guys, this recipe is meant to be a entree but in Peru they serve it along rice and some kind of protein like meat or chicken , I prefer this dish as an entree, give it a try you wont regret it.
