Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies

How you doing today my lovely Steemit readers? , Here in Illinois is kinda rainy and cold , we might be on spring but it still feels like winter , since it was kinda cold , I wanted something sweet to eat, I decided to use ingredients I had on hand to make a dessert , so I decided to make a Oatmeal ´nd Raisin Cookies, it is so simple that you can not go wrong with it. Remember some links for ingredients & tools I use would be at the bottom of the page! Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies | Servings 25 cookies Ingredients : This recipe is easy to do , and you can always replace some ingredients with others, so don worry , if you want to make your cookies softer , you can mix Brown sugar with White sugar. Steps:  In a big bowl add Flour , Salt , baking soda, oatmeal, cinnamon , mix the ingredients until they are integrated. In another bowl creme butter and sugar , once its well mixed add one egg at the time and integrate Add your dry ingredients into the butter and integrate , add raisins at the end, then let it rest for about an hour in the fridge. Once it is rested, we shape or dough and put the cookies in a tray and let them cook for about 9 min in a 180 C or 350 F pre heated oven , you can flat your cookie or shape it as you want. Once its cooked let , it rest on the tray for other 8 min , after that they are good to go! Well that its guys , I know it might look kinda complicated,but its actually fun , and this cookies worth your time , they are the perfect match for a coffee or tea. Guacamole a la Peruana

Dear readers , Today I am sharing with you my version of Guacamole, unlike traditional Mexican Guacamole, I don not like chilies on my Guacamole , I like the flavor of the chilies but its OK, sometimes to try something a little bit different , so if you don’t like spice food this might be the right dish for you. Links for the ingredients / tools I use on this recipe will be at the bottom of the post Guacamole | Servings: 350 gr Ingredients: Steps: Get your ingredients ready, I removed the core of the onion before dicing it, since most of the bitterness is there Add tomatoes, avocado, lime juice and onions to a food processor, blend and reserve a bit of the diced onions and tomatoes In a bowl add the cilantro , the previous mix and the onions and tomatoes you saved before along with some salt and pepper give it a good mix and its good to go! That is it guy a recipe you can do in a flash, as I mentioned before I love avocado , I am always looking for a chance to eat it, so if you like avocado as me comment below!
